You can keep your leads engaged by understanding how to manage your GGMS Engagement Filters.
Increase inbox responses and lead activity using Engagement Filters.
Your GGMS Lead Dashboard is powerful; it’s where you can see all of your GGMS Filters. These filters help you manage your leads in many ways.
Two of which are your Cold/Qualify and Warm Active Engagement Filters. These filters contain leads that the GGMS system recognizes as needing engagement. There are two ways you can engage with the leads, and we recommend using our pre-assigned 100s contact template for Cold/ Qualify and 200s contact template for Warm/Active. These contact templates are fitted to collect information from the leads.
You will be overwhelmed by the number of leads in these filters, but it will be easier once you get the hang of it. We have seen up to 10000+ leads in the Cold/Qualify filter at one time. From engaging with these leads, at least half contained a response; half were positive responses, and a percentage of those we are still conversing with, helping them with the property search and sending them active listings.
If you have the GGMS Assist/Inbox Management Service, this is one of the many things we do inside your database to ensure your leads are well-engaged and get more activity inside your database.
We recommend hitting these filters at least twice a month or every 15 days once you clear it all.
The bottom line...
You are responsible for keeping your database running, keeping lead activities up, and making lead engagement a priority. Hitting your GGMS Engagement Filter is a great way to start this practice. Other engagement activities will be easier to manage once you master them, or you can always get your own G.G.M.S. Assistant/ Inbox Manager.
