Lights, Camera, Action!

Video is no longer the future but the present. In this blog, we'll examine some common misconceptions when utilizing video marketing for your business, so you won't be afraid the next time you hit 'record.'

"I don't have the time to film videos!"

Of course, you do! Our videos are short and sweet with no fillers! We provide the scripts; you pick the location. In addition, we provide the best videos you feel your potential clients will benefit the most from and shoot those first. Once you get the juices flowing, the comfort level will increase, and the end product will begin to take shape.

No one likes to be in front of the camera, but when you understand the power of video marketing and its ability to set you apart from the rest, it will feel wrong not to explore the possibilities it brings.

"Why me?"

Re-shooting your GGMS video content is an excellent way for potential clients to understand your service and get to know you. We provide the scripts, but we encourage you to put your spin on them to bring some of YOU to the viewer experience.

Your brand is what's going to set you apart from the competition. When people believe in you and see that you are here to help and inform them, you may be the first person they think of when it's time to sell or buy.

I don't know where to start.

You don't need a film crew or an expensive camera to get the best quality. You are all set if you have a modern smartphone, an audio capturing device, and some natural light. You don't need expensive gear. Your phone will most likely have everything you need.

For all those overachievers, though, one option I suggest is the Tascam DR-10L Lavalier. It's an easy way to get great-sounding audio that will bring that extra bit of professionalism to your videos.

The bottom line...

People consume billions of hours of video content every year, and getting ahead of it will potentially build trust and long-term relationships with any or all future clients.

We know it might be intimidating to stand in front of the camera, but when you start to relax, be yourself and channel your passion for what you do every day, you're already one step closer to making your mark on the real estate world.
