Ready to learn more?
In this video, we're going to talk about lead statuses inside Sierra Interactive so that you and your whole team can work together and be on the same page. If you're a GGMS user, you already have clear documentation that tells you exactly how these statuses are defined to make it easy for you to get into action.
Update Lead Statuses on the Leads Dashboard
Now that we're inside Sierra Interactive, we can see lead statuses from this main leads dashboard. You can get to the lead dashboard by clicking leads and then leads dashboard. From here, you can see all of the leads that you have inside of your system and you can see the status of the lead.
Here we can click the lead status we can see a dropdown of every single lead status and we can change this and update the lead status right here from the main dashboard. I'm going to go ahead and switch this back to active.
Update Lead Statuses on the Lead Profile
Once we're inside of a lead profile, we get the same option here on the left. We can drop this menu down and we can also see all of the lead statuses and update the status here.
Another thing you can do when there's not a seller agent assigned to the lead is you can assign a seller agent right here, and you can give that to an agent along with a note.
Define Your Lead Statuses
I encourage you to define the lead statuses inside of your business and make sure they're shared with your team so that everybody can be on the same page.
